Tiring Day

Dang, Pre-Season Track has made me wanna do that the first day already since we did
20 seconds 55 pound bench press - 3 sets
20 seconds 25 pound curl ups - 3 sets
20 seconds 40 pound pull downs - 3 sets
20 sit ups - 3 sets

10 push ups after EVERYTHING ABOVE DONE - 3 sets (5 seconds rest inbetween each set)

I'm like totally sore after that.

or maybe I'm a SORE LOSER ? xD !
